Pricing is straightforward — more complexity means more work. Here's what moves the number.

2 tools (e.g., Zendesk + Salesforce) is lower end. 5+ tools with custom APIs is higher.

Custom connectors needed

Built-in integrations (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Jira) are included. Custom connectors for your internal tools add to setup.

Custom widgets or views

Standard dashboard/analytics views are included. Bespoke React widgets for your specific workflow add to setup.

Data volume

10K tickets? Standard retainer. 100K+ tickets with sub-minute sync requirements? Higher retainer for infrastructure.

Bi-directional sync

Reading data is standard. Writing back (creating tickets, updating records) adds complexity and testing requirements.

Ongoing expansion rate

Stable instance with occasional tweaks = lower retainer. Monthly new integrations and custom builds = higher.

Common Questions

Why isn't this self-serve?

Because generic tools don't solve specific problems. Every B2B support team has different tools, different SLA targets, different workflows. The value is in the configuration — understanding your operations and building views that actually help your team. A self-serve tool would give you a blank canvas and leave you to figure it out.

What if we need to add a new integration later?

New integrations are added as expansion work under the retainer, or scoped as a separate mini-engagement if substantial. Built-in connectors (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Jira) are included. Custom connectors built for you become part of the platform — available to future customers — which keeps the cost reasonable.

How long does setup take?

Typically 1-3 weeks from kickoff to go-live. The timeline depends on how many integrations need connecting, how much custom work is needed, and how quickly your team provides API credentials and access. Most customers are live within 2 weeks.

What happens if you get hit by a bus?

The platform runs on standard infrastructure (Docker, PostgreSQL, Next.js). All code is documented, all credentials are stored encrypted in your instance's database, and disaster recovery procedures are documented. Any competent DevOps engineer could maintain it. But we also carry business insurance.

Can we cancel the retainer?

Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Your instance and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export. We're not in the business of holding data hostage — if the platform isn't delivering value, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Do you offer a trial?

Not a free trial in the traditional sense — there's real configuration work involved. But the discovery call is free, and we'll show you exactly what your instance would look like before you commit. No bait-and-switch.
